San Diego hosted the Susan G. Komen 3-day walk this year and on one of my SAN-DFW flights was the day after the walk. The plane was full of pink hats, pink boa’s, pink t-shirts, pink baseball caps…basically pink everything. Everyone in pink was so excited to tell their stories. They didn’t all know each other when they boarded, but they all knew each other when they deplaned. I have always wanted to do the 3 day walk. I have donated to many friends and fellow flight attendants that have done the walk. Will 2001 be the year that I commit to the walk?
