DFW-LAX

WHY ON THIS FLIGHT: Travel to Yuma, AZ for business

FACT: Hang glided off Glacier Peak, Yosemite CA. Kayak and mountain climbed in German Alps. Drove coast to coast in less than 3 days. Did not like Hawaii, felt confined. RV'd all lower 48 states.

BUCKET LIST: Motorcycle lower 48. Desire to turn a profit on my farm. Become over educated for my IQ~almost there, close

GUILTY PLEASURE: Wanted to live longer than the men in Dad's family~almost there.

*MY TWO CENTS*: My Dad was in the military when I was younger, we were stationed at the Marine Base in Yuma, even though my Dad was Navy. All I remember is how hot it was, how much we went to the pool and how much bubble yum I bought. (it was new). I love the fact that he is striving to be healthier than past generations in his family. It seems like even with all of the medical advances, information and technology, we are becoming a more unhealthy society rather than a healthier society. Good Luck Wayne, I hope you have a VERY long and healthy life.

WHY ON THIS FLIGHT: Return from business trip (Raytheon)

FUN FACT: I was camping in Death Valley when it received 6 inches of rain in one day. (Heaviest rain fall in recorded history for Death Valley)

BUCKET LIST: Travel to Europe (Spain, Germany, Italy) (to see old world history)

GUILTY PLEASURE: Hop on my motorcycle and take an all day ride across North Texas, visiting as many small towns as possible.

*MY TWO CENTS*: I love his guilty pleasure. I love driving (a car) through small towns and stopping in for a bite to eat, walk down “main street” and get a feel for the local flavor. My Dad grew up in a small Texas town called Nocona. He worked in the Nocona boot factory when he was a teen. His town is small and when ever our family is there for a visit everyone knows who we are. I like that small town feel, very much. My neighborhood has a bit of a small town feel to it. I know most of my neighbors, we all stop and chat with each other when we walk by or drive up. I can walk to the post office, library, local coffee shop and a bunch of restaurants and bars.

PARIS

***TIDBIT***

I have had a lot of "famous" people on board lately. Paris Hilton was adorable, so well mannered and an absolute joy to have on board. My husband races a vintage motorcycle in Ahrma and Paris was kind enough to sign "Good Luck Racing #108, love Paris Hilton" for Paul and "Good Luck Racing #139, Love Paris Hilton for his team mate, Jason. I have already framed them and they will hang in the race pits at the next race weekend (April 22-24, 2011). She was so sweet and I am now a big fan.

GUILTY PLEASURE: Spa Day at a resort, A day with Husband and NO phones, Play golf and take my time!!

*MY TWO CENTS:
I love asking these questions. I would never have guessed half of these answers for Betty. You really can’t judge a book by its cover. I love her adventures spirit. She has done some fun and exciting things already and plans on doing more! Peter Pan never grew-up….I don’t think that is entirely a bad thing. We can be adults, act like adults, but I truly believe that the thing that keeps us young is our childlike sense of wonder and delight.
